Excellent: A previously-owned, estate piece which was rarely used or not at all. May also be described as 'unused'.
Very Good: The piece shows signs of gentle use but no wear, damage or repair.
Good: The piece shows moderate use. In some cases, wear may be present and is stated in the description. "Slight imperfection" means unnoticeable flaws.
Fair: We rarely list pieces in this condition unless it is an unusual or very hard-to-find piece or pattern. It would have noticeable flaws which would be detailed in the description.
