How To Place An Order

Completing a purchase on our secure site is fast and easy. Registration is not required, but if you wish to earn and use Reward Points please register first. You will have the option to choose during the checkout process. The shipping rate (see chart below) will be automatically calculated and added to your order. Simply add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and select "check out". You will be prompted to select your preferred payment option which are as follows:
- Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express)
- Money Order
- Check
- Telephone
- PayPal
- Google Checkout (use the specific "checkout button" for Google Checkout)
If you select "Telephone" you can call in your payment information (toll-free number provided on your final checkout page). By using the shopping cart system, your item is automatically reserved for you so that no one else may purchase it. If you select the check or money order option, please be sure to mail your payment so that we will receive it within 10 business days to avoid cancellation of your order. Once you have completed the check out process, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.

If you prefer to call in your order without first going through the checkout process, use 1-888-422-9373 (in the U.S.) Monday-Friday 9-5 Eastern. PLEASE NOTE: This is a phone order line only. If you get our voicemail, be sure to state what item(s) you wish to purchase in order to streamline the process and so that stock may be verified before we return your call.
This toll-free number is for Orders Only. Telephone staff is qualified to take orders and to respond to questions about your order and the item(s) you are ordering. If you need identification or other information about item(s) already in your personal collection, please see our FAQ. If you have questions unrelated to your order or a question not found on our FAQ, please contact us by email.
Important: Please keep in mind that while you are calling to place an order and until that order is manually processed, the item is still available for someone else to purchase it online with our shopping cart checkout. This happens frequently with popular patterns and pieces. In these cases, online orders take precedence over phone orders because either:
a) the item(s) has already been paid for online, or
b) the item(s) has been reserved for someone else because the shopping cart checkout system was used.
